Abstract
A 23-year-old man who had suffered from cough, fever, and dyspnea for 10 days visited our hospital. Chest X-ray film and CT scan showed widespread nodular opacities throughout both lung fields. We confirmed this case as Mycoplasma Pneumoniae pneumonia by the extremely increased antibody-titer. We administered macrolides and he gradually recovered. We report this Mycoplasma Pneumoniae pneumonia case because its X-ray and CT scan presented very uncommon radiographic findings.
