Abstract
A papillary eccrine adenoma (PEA) on the cheek of a 62-year old man is reported. On histopathological examination, the tumor was seen in the upper and middle dermis, composed of various-sized tubular structures lined by two or more layers of epithelial cells. Some of the tubules had dilated lumina with marked inward papillary projections. On immunohistochemical examination, some of the tumor cells were positively stained with CEA, EMA and S-100 protein stains but negatively stained with GCDPF-15 stain. These findings exhibited that this tumor was differentiated toward eccrine duct and glands.
