Abstract

A 25-year old man with retroperitoneal cystic teratoma 2 years previously visited our hospital complaining left testicular mass. High inguinal orchiectomy revealed a pure seminoma. After operation, CT and MRI showed retroperitoneal mass at left renal hilus. He was treated by PE therapy (CDDP and etoposide), but no response was observed. He then underwent retroperitoneal lymph node dissections, and histological findings showed retroperitoneal teratoma with malignant transformation.
