Abstract
A 52-year-old male noticed right scrotal swelling in Nov. 1995, and visited nearby hospital. Right high inguinal orchiectomy was performed and he was diagnosed as "sarcoma" of the right spermatic cord. He came to our hospital two months after operation for further examinations and treatment. Pathological diagnosis was mixed form of liposarcoma originated from spermatic cord showing a combination of well differentiated and pleomorphic liposarcoma. No local reccurrence nor metastasis has developed until one-year after the operation. As post-operative adjuvant therapy, radiotherapy for right inguinal lesion was performed.
