N2 - This paper presents the condition and methodology that the library ought to have when the library is considered as an information recommendation organization. University library is expected to be in an educational standpoint, and expected to achieve the students support. This paper proposes the push-based book recommendation system as a new library model which considers the students' data in the campus information system and students' preference in book title and subjects. The discussion involves the general user's relation managements that can be applied in commercial sites.
