Abstract

Aberrant internal carotid artery (ICA) is a rare vascular anomaly in the temporal bone. Its clinical diagnosis is often difficult because symptoms and signs are nonspecific. We report a case of aberrant ICA associated with a small aneurysm at the petrous portion diagnosed by computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and angiography.
