Abstract
A 73-year-old man underwent left radical nephrectomy, and histopathological examination revealed clear cell carcinoma with focal infiltration to the renal pelvis and ureter. Urinalysis was positive for micro - hematuria 5 month after the operation, and cystoscopy showed a 3 cm mass in the bladder, which was resected through a lower abdominal incision. The histopathological diagnosis of the tumor was clear cell carcinoma, consistent with bladder metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.
