Clinical Evaluation of VS Lotion

Abstract

VS lotion contains 0.1% amcinonide. The vehicle of VS lotion is composed of carboxylvinylpolymer, isopropylalcohol and refining water. We prescribed VS lotion for 8 patients with seborrheic eczema, 3 patients with lichenoid type eczema and 2 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and we could take good results with 69% effectiveness. One case claimed irritating sensation immediately after application of VS lotion.
