Abstract

The reduction rates of AchR Ab and various proteins were compared between immunoadsorption therapy and plasma exchange (PE). The most selective removal of AchR Ab was observed in immunoadsorption, but the highest reduction rate was in single filtration PE. Regeneration of the colum (IM-T) could be achieved by 3% NaCl solution and the additional employment of regeneration during procedure could elevate reduction rate 15.9% more than ordinary immunoadsorption therapy.
