Abstract
The diseases of the middle mediastinum are relatively rare, but could show some characteristic imaging findings. We summarized the compartment and anatomy of the mediastinum, and imaging findings of various middle mediastinal lesions, which included bronchogenic cyst, neurogenic tumor, Castleman's disease, malignant lymphoma. This information could be useful for their diagnosis and management.
