Abstract
Dynamic volume data acquired by 256-row area detector CT permits whole-brain hemodynamic assessment by dynamic 3D-CTA. In patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, composite images combining CTP images and 3D-CTA images are useful for the objective assessment of ischemic regions and for the identification of the responsible blood vessels at the branch level.
