N2 - Laparoscopic omental patch repair for perforated duodenal ulcer is still technically complicated and requires a long time because of the lack of appropriate laparoscopic techniques and instruments. Therefore, we have designed a new technique for laparoscopic omental plug repair in order to simplify these surgical procedures, and obtained good results with this method.
