Abstract
Small nodular lesions detected by computed tomography includes early cancers especially localized bronchioloalveolar carcinoma and some kinds of benign lesions. Pulmonary neoplasms have characteristic microscopic growing patterns, that leading to macroscopic and radiologic feature. We document pathologic findings of small nodular, benign of malignant lesions corresponding gland glass attenuation, solid, or mixed patterns by figures of macroscopic and scanning view.
