Abstract
The authors report a rare case of tuberculosis of the tongue in a 68 year old female, who complained of a painful ulceration in the tongue and swelling of the cervical lymph nodes. Initially, she was suspected of having cancer of the tongue, but biopsies from the ulcer of the tongue and the cervical lymph nodes disclosed tuberculosis. Four weeks after the treatment with SM, INH, and RFP, the ulcer of the tongue was markedly diminished in size.
