Protective Effect of S-7990E on Occupational and Nonoccupational Hand Dermatitis

Abstract

Protective effect of S-7990E was evaluated on 20 occupational and 26 nonoccupational hand dermatitis. S-7990E was composed with 70% isopropyl alcohol 93.3% methacrylic acid ethyl aery late copolymer 5% ethyl cellulose 1%, glycyrrhetinic acid 0.2% tocopherol acetate 0.5%. 34 cases out of 42 subjects observed were improved. Smart sensation was noticed by a case when S-7990E was applied on fissure lesion. 30 cases appreciated the feeling of S-7990E and 39 cases wanted the prolonged usage of S-7990E. From the above results we concluded that S-7990E was useful for occupational and nonoccupational hand dermatitis.
