Abstract

We evaluated pulmonary adverse effects and CT appearance of RP after SBRT (48Gy/4fr) and 3D-CRT (60Gy/10fr) for lung tumors. Incidences of Grade≥2RP were 11.6% and 10.5% respectively. No pretreatment factors in SBRT were associated with Grade≥2RP. The minimal lung doses to the RP area in Grade≥2RP patients 1-2 months after radiotherapy (RT) were significantly lower (< 30Gy). We should carefully observe CT appearance of the minimal lung dose area 1-2 months after RT.
