Abstract

We have analyzed relations among pre-treatment FDG-PET, Tl-SPECT, and the local recurrence after stereotactic radiotherapy for primary non-small cell lung cancer in 49 patients. In tumor size equal to or more than 2.5cm, low uptake of Tl was considered to be a factor of local recurrence.
