Abstract
We have developed a sandwich enzyme immunoassay in order to measure quantitatively mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) in mouse milk. In this assay, the antibody-β-d-galactosidase complex and antibody-bound silicon rubber pieces as solid phase are used. The assay is able to detect 10 ng/ml of MMTV in the milk sample.
