Abstract
Four cases of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis (SNL) were studied clinically. In all cases, responses to antibiotics were negative and steroid treatment was curative. Lymph node biopsies were performed in 2 cases which showed an increase in LDH. We discuss the necessary of lymph node biopsy in the treatment of SNL.
