Abstract

We observed three cases of relapsing polychondritis with ocular manifestations. They were aged 45, 63 and 64 years each. Scleritis with ocular pain was the common feature. One case showed chemosis, palpebral edema and papilledema. Another case showed bilateral iridocyclitis, secondary glaucoma, papilledema and meningitis. These cases illustrate that relapsing polychondritis may induce scleritis with various ocular manifestations.
