Abstract
Case 1. A 37-year-old male complained of epistaxis and nasal obstruction on the left side. X-ray examination showed a tumor in the left nasal cavity, but the paranasal sinuses were clear. The tumor was removed, and the histopathological diagnosis was angiofibroma. Case 2. A 37-year-old female complained of epistaxis and nasal obstruction on the left side. The tumor was deep red with an irregular surface. X-ray examination showed clear paranasal sinuses. We removed the tumor under local anesthesia. The histopathological diagnosis was angiofibroma.
