N2 - A case of BOOP occurring after radiotherapy for breast cancer was reported. TBLB and BAL were performed at the time of diagnosis. This case suggested that radiographic changes began in the irradiated area, then later spread to non-irradiated areas. In this article, we discussed the peculiary radiographic image, pathological manifestation, BAL characteristics and clinical course in this sequela.
