抄録

We report a case of a lung cancer which enlarged in short term and then regressed spontaneously but caused lymphangiosis carcinomatosa. CT showed enlargement of pulmonary nodule in seventy days. Bronchoscopic curettage certified adenocarcinoma with rich inflammatory cells. CT performed two hundred and three days later showed the spontaneous regression of the primary nodule but at the same time demonstrated lymphangiosis carcinomatosa. Vascular invasion, mechanical factor, immunological factor and regression of incidental inflammation were speculated to be causes of spontaneous regression of primary tumor.
