抄録

Clinical evaluation of medicated bathing agent “Eaudeleman” is made in 67 patients with atopic dermatitis and 26 patients with asteatotic dermatitis for 4 weeks in a multicenter open trial study. In addition, 59 patients with atopic dermatitis and 25 patients with asteatotic dermatitis are also evaluated as a control group. No significant difference was found between the test group and the control group in the both diseases. The final global improvement rating was 65.7% (44/67) at the test group and 71.2% (43/59) at the control group in more than slight improvement in atopic patients, while it was 100.0% (26/26) at the test group and 88.0% (22/25) at the control group in asteatotic patients. The side effects were seen seven in patients with atopic dermatitis, and none in patients with asteatotic dermatitis.
