iWakka is a game-based rehabilitation intervention that trains handgrip force and dexterity. This study investigated the effects of iWakka training on cerebral blood flow (CBF) and hand function in individuals with left hemiplegia. Three participants with left hemiplegia underwent iWakka training for four weeks. The preliminary findings suggest that iWakka training may be a promising intervention for improving CBF and hand function in individuals with left hemiplegia.
