In the previous studies, we considered the extended ANNNI model and showed that there exist the partially disordered states (PDS). In this paper, to estimate the critical temperature and the exponent β/zν, the Monte Carlo simulation is performed using the non-equilibrium relaxation on the simple cubic lattice (L, Lz =64 ∼ 1024). The order parameter in the ground state based on the Fourier coefficients rapidly relaxes toward values in the equilibrium state near the critical point. For L=1024 and Lz =64, we obtain kB TC/J1=0.686875 ± 0.000625 and β/zν=0.23 ± 0.03.
