抄録

A 68-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with acute myocardial infarction in a pre-shock condition. An emergent coronary angiogram revealed occlusion at the portion of both the middle RCA and middle LCx, and severe stenosis at a just proximal portion of the LAD. Initially, using IABP, two stents were deployed in the RCA and one stent was deployed in the LCx lesions. Finally, one stent was deployed in the just proximal LAD during a single procedure. This case suggests that if a patient's condition can be tolerated, emergent complete vascular therapy by primary PCI might be a good strategy for patients with AMI having multivessel disease.
