Skin Disorders Caused by Daily Necessaries

抄録

7721 out patients with skin disorders had visited our clinic in the past three years. Out of 7721 out patients, there were 1782 patients with contact dermatitis (23.1%), and 179 patients with skin disorders caused by daily necessaries (2.3%) were included. The causative products of these 179 cases were as follows : Clothings ; in 71 cases, household chemicals ; in 48 cases, decorative accessories ; in 28 cases and others ; in 34 cases. 2 cases were induced by overlapped materials. The cases with clothing dermatitis were shown in children and developed mainly by primary irritant reactions in the cold season. The cases with decorative accessories dermatitis were shown in female between thirties and forties and developed by allergic reactions in the sweating season. Household chemicals induced hand dermatitis in female between twenties and forties in December and March. 119 cases had been cured, but 3 cases were shown postinflammatory hyperpigmentation.
